Hi everyone. It was a pretty gloomy day at Ridgely today, although it did clear up enough for Bruce Satatis and Steve Crickton (did I butcher your name Steve?) to get in the air. Bruce got to fly his new Exxtacy performing a near perfect launch, tow, flight, and landing. (I would have said perfect, but his head might swell up) I think he's in love. Steve too had a nice test flight on an Aeros Stealth 2. I know there aren't many rigids available in the area, so I just wanted to let everyone know we will be setting Bruce's new wing up on tandem gear. He has graciously offered to allow us to use it for tandems with those of you who are interested in checking it out. We're expecting a Ghostbuster to arrive after the Florida comps, and of course we'll have the new Aeros Stalker available for test flying in June. If you're interested in any of the rigid wings, it will not be long before you have a selection to look at and test fly. Hopefully this nasty weather will clear and we'll see everyone out here soon.

Bill's was the fun place to be today!

Markie baby was there with Sheila's Ultra Sport to meet with me an Ellis, nobody else showed.

Right on cue, the sky opened up and the sun came out sending nice but light thermals up. I had two very fun Paraglider soaring flights, the second of which I found myself unexpectedly high and decided to glide down the ridge past the turnpike to land on the other side. Mark had an uncharacteristicly short flight for the master of light air that he is.

He then forced Ellis at gunpoint to try Sheila's UltrSport, which she relunctantly agreed to do. She then had a nice soaring flight with good launch and landing. She was happy, I was happy, life is good.

Marc
