In case anyone was wondering:
Arrived at HR at 4:05pm. The cumis were blossoming. Bob G. was at launch with wuffo wire crew. Bob soared in sparse thermal and ridge lift while I set up. Shortly after I was ready, Bob was flushed and landed. I drove down to pick him up, leaving my glider set up on top. Shortly after arriving back at launch, Kurt showed up. The Cumis were getting fuzzier. I launched, made three passes in trashy air and was flushed. After I landed, Eddie Miller arrived at launch. Bob drove down to retrieve me from the landing with a consolation beer (thanks Bob!) Arriving back at top, I noticed that Eddie and Kurt were enjoying the late evening glass-off.
Oh well, you never know until you go.
