I won’t be wiring any more helmets, I know some of you will be disappointed, but I will continue to repair the ones I’ve done. I may come out with a headset that Velcros in to the helmet if I can ever find the time to work on it. I’m supplying the schematics here for the do it yourselfers. It’s really not that complicated. You can find all of the parts at Radio Shack. The speakers can be gotten out of a walkman headset. Broken modern telephones often yield a good mic element.The mic element must be covered with open cell foam or else you’ll get lots of wind noise.
