From the prez...

The dog days of summer are here. Record heat and humidity have kept many pilots from doing much flying locally but several have taken trips to western states. They should have some interesting stories to tell and write about. Hint Hint. The drought could make for some interesting flying once it does cool off.

This Labor Day weekend we will be having our usual fly in, camping at Seneca Shadows, group site E. Bring what you want to eat as we won't be having an organized potluck supper this time. JR has been doing the organizing for far too long and needs a break from it. Better yet, call other members to see what they plan to bring. We don't want to end up with all meat and no veggies as happened a few years ago. We usually eat breakfast at the 4-U restaurant. The Front Porch restaurant is recommended for dinner with it's view of the rocks and good food. They even let you bring in your own beer.

Check the club roster I've included for mistakes, if you find any let Christy know. See you at the fly in,

Mike
