Choose any one of the subtopics, research in depth, and present.
Option Two General Overview to include:
--  What are fossil fuels?
--  How are they formed/created?
--  How are they used to produce electricity?
--  What is the power grid?
--  What hazards are created by the burning of fossil fuels?
--  What are alternate sources of energy? What drawbacks are there to using them? Why are we not using more renewable energy sources?
--  What is global warming and how does it relate to fossil fuels?
--  Discuss the different types of mining and their impact on the environment. (8th grade only)
